With the Trainso 4MCEA internship program, you can learn from the best trainers, work on real-world projects to gain experience, help the community in small ways, earn money, and even has the opportunity to get placed in corporates through our training partner or even at Trainso itself at the end of the internship.
4MCEA internship program is for people without other jobs and the pre-final year or final year students. People with jobs can either pay the fee to join the program or join the program in the compensation model to learn for free. Internship Activities
As part of the internship program you will be learning from our flagship learning program for cloud called 4MCEA during weekends and then will be practicing what you learned from 4MCEA and a lot more following senior engineers. The following Azure certification topics are included as regular live courses:
- AZ-900,
- AZ-104/AZ-204,and
- AZ-400/AZ-305
Apart from these certification topics, we will also learn other important things needed for a successful IT career, such as programming, systems design, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), public speaking skills, important topics from other popular Azure certifications, etc. as needed.
What Are The Guarantees?
Communities will grow only if people give back. You can give back in terms of expertise (sharing knowledge), time (community work), or money (fee). Most interns prefer joining free and giving back in terms of time by spending an hour of community service per day.
The community service activities could include moderating community group contents, preparing course/quiz content, reaching out to potential interns or community members over call to clarify their doubts, verifying community member details, etc. Instead of doing community work, you can pay the fee to join, and you will get back the fee if you successfully complete the program and are not placed within 6 months.
Earn while you learn
We have created a portal QuizAndTalk.com to give a sustainable income to interns. 100% of the profit from the portal is currently given to interns as their stipend based on the time you spend time on the portal in activities including preparing and managing quizzes.
The pay from the profit share can go up to Rs. 16,000 per month with a minimum guarantee of Rs. 8000. Maximum pay starts with Rs. 8000 in the second month and increases by Rs. 2000 per month up to Rs. 16,000 in sixth month, if you complete the learning goals for each month.
You can also refer others to the 4MCEA program and get 30% of their first payment as a referral bonus.
Guarantees and Security Deposit
If you successfully complete the 6-month internship program, our placement partner will place you within 90 days. Until you are placed elsewhere, Trainso will place you with a minimum monthly salary of Rs. 20,000 (Effective Rs. 2.40 lakhs per annum) in contracts of 3 months extended as long as you complete your job responsibilities. In practice, none of our students had to wait even for 4 months.
To prevent misuse of the program by people with jobs claiming to be jobless, there is a small security deposit equal to 5% of the course fee, which is Rs. 1799. The deposit (after adjusting against any non-compensated hours) will be paid back to you at the end of the 6-month internship program if all of your declarations related to education or career is true. If you can’t afford this, you can ask for exceptions.

Definitely. We had many interns doing pre-final year and final year semesters in colleges. If your current college doesn’t have any issues you can participate. You will also need to update your LinkedIn profile also as a Trainso intern.
No regular work on weekends except 4-hour planning sessions with experts on Saturday morning. This is because many mentors who are working professionals are available only over weekends. This is done to give you better real-world exposure.
On weekends you will also need to attend any 4MCEA classes. The schedule is present on the 4mcea page. Also if you have pending internship or compensation hours from weekdays you will need to complete them on weekends.
While the full-time internship is for people without other jobs, people with jobs can explore the 4MCEA compensation program.
A good internet connection is very essential for learning and working with cloud computing. Therefore, having a decent broadband connection is a prerequisite for this course.
Do not worry if you cannot afford it, Trainso Training Solutions has agreed to pay you your broadband bills if you cannot afford it. Program participants or other community members are also free to help such people with a small contribution.
